Our objectives: What we aim to do

  1. We identify gaps in service provision and barriers to appropriate training and sustainable employment opportunities by networking with mainstream service providers.

  2. We work with a range of employers and policy makers highlighting the labour market situation for minority ethnic communities in Scotland.

  3. We provide an adult guidance service and information resource as the first port-of-call for minorities.

  4. We enable service users to obtain information on careers, education and training opportunities provided by mainstream agencies.

  5. We develop and deliver targeted, responsive services in a welcoming and supportive environment to combat multiple disadvantage.
