You must be from a black or minority ethnic background. This includes people who describe themselves as having the following ethnicity:

Black African or Caribbean

Black British

Asian or British Asian

Chinese or Chinese British

Indian or Indian British

Middle Eastern

North African

Pakistani or Pakistani British

Bangladeshi

You must live in Edinburgh city or in the Lothians (West, East or Mid).

Most Skillnet Edinburgh services are available for men and women aged between 18 and 65. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. For example, Mind 2 Work is available to men only between the ages of 16 and 34.
